Scraped and analysed 300+ real customer conversations across Reddit to surface what people actually think about AllSaints — beyond what surveys capture. Mapped sentiment across seasonal collections, product categories, and purchase journey stages to identify where advocacy is strongest and where friction lives.
Key findings included a 40% spike in leather jacket sentiment each October, fit-related complaints clustering around specific product lines, and meaningful variation in how summer vs. winter collections are perceived. Delivered as an interactive dashboard translating raw social chatter into actionable product and marketing intelligence.
